Creating a movie poster

pscs5:

This is the final result:

Well, I chose doing it from a Glee episode but choose the show you want.

1. Select a screencap from the episode you want to make the movie poster of (homeofthenutty.com is the best caps site, give it a try )

2. Open it on photoshop, edit it, for this coloring I used the psd 243

3. Crop it, this one’s size is 250x333 px

4. Now let’s add the credits, every movie poster has one so… you can download the font here make sure the color fill is white, and write stuff like of which season is, the director of the show, the producers, the writers, the actors, etc. It might take a while, but it creates a great movie poster effect!.

5. Add the website of the show below the credits.

6. In this case I’m using Glee’s font, ITC Avant Garde Gothic Std, write the title of the show, and if you want a little description.

7. Save it!

Pretty easy don’t you think?
